Fees & Insurance

Exhale is an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare/Optum, and Cigna. If you are in-network with any of these providers, the office will bill your insurer directly. Co-pays or any applicable deductible amounts are due at each visit.

Exhale is also available as an “out-of-network” provider for those active with a health insurance provider other than those listed above. Full payment is requested at time of service, and the office is happy to provide you with a super-bill for reimbursement.
